Title: Critical Care Director - Emergency Services & ICU Location: Geneva, NY

Salary: $130-150K + Bonus + Relocation Package + Signing Bonus

• Lead the Emergency Department and ICU, driving initiatives to improve quality, safety, productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Utilize data-driven insights to analyze departmental performance and implement strategic solutions.
• Champion interdisciplinary collaboration and communication to ensure seamless care coordination across departments.
• Oversee critical care areas, including the Emergency Department and the Medic 55 ALS Program.
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with staff and physicians, serving as a mentor and coach.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Joint Commission requirements.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field (e.g., MBA, MPA).
• Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Emergency Nursing certification required within one year. Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, Basic Coronary Care, and CPI preferred.
• 5 years of nursing experience in Critical Care, with at least 3 years in the Emergency Department.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Meditech.
