Senior Manager of Digital Infrastructure and Security

Calabrio is looking for Senior Manager of Digital Infrastructure and Security to support transformation program and drive infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), network, and Security systems deployment and management.

The Senior Manager shall perform responsibilities and have qualifications, experience, and expertise as described below:

What you'll be doing:

• Design, implement and operate enterprise-wide infrastructure and security systems.
• Provide L3+ support for enterprise systems and applications.
• Enhance Calabrio’s Identity, Data, network, and Endpoint security controls maturity.
• Architect and manage the enterprise-wide threat intelligence system (SIEM/SOAR) with capability to proactively detect and respond to potential threats.
• Implement and maintain IT Service Management leveraging ServiceNow application platform.
• Deploy and support end-user applications such as Zoom, Slack and others.
• Manage team of systems and security administrators.

We're looking for:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure cloud, InTune and Microsoft Security stack e.g., Azure-Active Directory, Sentinel, Defender Suite, Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, Threat Protection, Compliance and Audit.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft-365 apps platform
• In-Depth knowledge of Identity and Access management:
  • designing and onboarding processes related to identity management from the business and implement solution using – AAD/LDAP, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, Kerberos, SCIM, SPML, XACML | WebAuthN, FIDO, U2F, TOTP, HOTP
  • deep expertise in Azure-AD architecture design (B2B), SSO, federation, delegated administration, privilege-access-management, MFA, Password-less authentication.
• Working knowledge of
  • key-management & PKI technology – Hash, Symmetric / Asymmetric encryption | RSA, ECC crypto | X.509 Cert-Life-Cycle-Management.
• Operational knowledge of ISO-27001 and NIST-CSF 1.1
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL standard.
• End user knowledge to leverage Project Management tool - Azure-DevOps (ADO).

o Data security – encryption/decryption (at-rest and in-transit), run-time system integrity check, tokenization, dynamic access control and data loss prevention (DLP)

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in developing, administering, or managing IT systems and security
• 5+ years of experience in managing complex technology and transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
