Deliver Relationship-Based Primary Care with the Opportunity to Support Occupational Health

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call

Why CareATC is Different (and Why You'll Love It Here)

At CareATC, we're redefining healthcare through a relationship-centered, employer-sponsored care model focused on quality—not patient volume.

Our physicians have the time to build meaningful relationships with patients, manage chronic conditions proactively, and focus on prevention instead of productivity metrics. This position also offers the opportunity to support occupational health services, including workers' compensation care, during planned provider absences, allowing you to utilize a broader scope of practice while remaining part of a collaborative care team.

  • Smaller patient panels that allow for meaningful patient relationships

  • Dedicated time to focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness

  • Opportunity to provide virtual care when clinically appropriate

  • Malpractice and tail coverage provided

  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Disability, and Life Insurance

  • Clinic services and medications available at little to no cost for employees and dependents (where applicable)

About the Job

CareATC is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Physician (MD/DO) to join our employer-sponsored health center. This physician will also provide occasional occupational health coverage, including workers' compensation evaluations and treatment, during planned provider absences. Previous occupational health and workers' compensation experience is required.

Working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team, you'll practice medicine the way it was meant to be—building lasting patient relationships and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care without the pressures of traditional fee-for-service medicine.

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 2 and older

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on prevention and long-term wellness

  • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management

  • Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate

  • Provide virtual care when clinically appropriate

  • Support occupational health services, including workers' compensation care, as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school

  • Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program

  • Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty

  • Current DEA registration and dispensing license (where applicable)

  • Ability to successfully complete credentialing requirements

  • Previous primary care experience in an outpatient setting

  • Occupational health and workers' compensation experience required
