What will you do?
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for. You will do things like:
- Answering and managing calls with courtesy and efficiency
- Registering patients and verifying accurate personal and insurance information
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments and procedures
- Processing medical record requests and payments
- Conducting daily reconciliations of cash reports.
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational prowess and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in typing.
- A high school diploma or GED; Associate degree is great!
- An empathetic and patient-focused approach
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally.
- Strong focus, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
