What You'll Contribute
The Senior Associate, Compliance Risk will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance programs, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the compliance risk team to design, implement, and enhance compliance programs, policies, and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and mitigate identified risks.
Establish and execute ongoing monitoring and testing procedures to ensure adherence to compliance policies and regulations.
Generate accurate and timely reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, finance, internal audit, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance risk management.
Continuously evaluate and enhance compliance processes, controls, and frameworks to promote a culture of compliance excellence.

What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
Ability to assess complex regulatory requirements and identify potential compliance risks.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using compliance management systems and technology tools.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
Experience working in a Fintech, ensuring compliance and risk oversight of the development and implementation of innovative solutions and digital platforms.
2-3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on compliance risk assessment and management.
