Fiber Sales Specialist

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.

We are currently seeking a Fiber Sales Specialist – Admixtures to help grow our fiber reinforcement business across North America. This role will serve as the subject matter expert in fiber solutions, supporting the sales team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and driving commercial strategy within the admixtures division.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify fiber reinforcement market needs and growth opportunities.
• Maintain competitive pricing programs to support margins.
• Analyze market potential and recommend pricing, channels, and promotions.
• Support sales as the fiber product expert across regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on fiber-focused campaigns and messaging.
• Partner with R&D on development of fiber solutions aligned with market needs.
• Coordinate with Operations on inventory levels and availability.
• Represent MAPEI at industry events and association meetings.
• Develop sales tools and train teams on fiber solutions and application software
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• ​Requires a four year degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment - Knowledge 365 or Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to travel heavily.
