About the role
Health Information Partners® (HIP) is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Vice President of Physician Services to lead and scale our Professional Fee division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across physician coding, auditing, education, and compliance services.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor Physician Services teams
- Oversee coding, auditing, and compliance engagements
- Ensure high-quality delivery and strong client relationships
- Drive operational performance and scalable growth
- Participate in business development and client expansion
- 5+ years leadership in Physician/Professional Fee services
- Strong background in coding, auditing, and compliance
- CPC, CCS-P, and/or CPMA required
- Proven ability to lead teams and grow service lines
- Highly responsive, solutions-driven, and client-focused
- 100% Remote

- How many years of leadership experience do you have specifically within Professional Fee (Physician Services)?
- Have you held a senior leadership role (Director level or above) overseeing physician coding, auditing, or compliance teams?
- How many team members have you directly or indirectly managed in your most recent role?
- What Credentials do you currently hold?
- Please detail your experience across multiple physician specialties (e.g., E/M, surgical, oncology, etc.)?
- Describe your experience managing client relationships in a vendor or consulting environment
- Have you been responsible for ensuring coding quality standards (e.g., ≥95% accuracy) and addressing underperformance?
- Have you played a direct role in business development (e.g., client presentations, proposals, expanding services within accounts)?
- Briefly describe a time you helped grow a service line or expand business within an existing client.
- This is a hands-on leadership role with high expectations for responsiveness and accountability. Are you comfortable contributing to both leadership and project work as needed?
