Job Summary:
The Regional Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy for our Core business in North America and drive results through both internal resources as well as strategic agency partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs, resulting in increased revenue and profitability for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with corporate goals and objectives
Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders within assigned territory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones based on customer feedback and market trends
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the region
Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize resource allocation accordingly
Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies accordingly
Lead agency partnerships to execute campaigns across all channels including digital, print, television, radio, social media, etc.
Track performance metrics related to marketing initiatives and provide regular updates to management team
Stay abreast of changes in regulatory environment affecting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
Provide support to Sales Team by attending conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc., as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum five years experience in marketing/communications role within Healthcare industry
Strong project management skills essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
Experience working with external agencies preferred
Understanding of regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes highly desirable
