Job Description

• Analyze and improve business processes, identifying gaps and designing optimized workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to integrate new and existing processes.
• Provide strategic insights on technology adoption and business process improvements.
• Develop process performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
• Support planning and prioritization of business process engineering activities.
• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions.
