Job Description/Position Overview:

 

This position requires to work onsite 100%. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at above mentioned location.

 

Export Control:

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

 

Position Summary:

Manages employees and mid-level managers performing supply chain activities within Product Support.  Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.  Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements in collaboration with the global team.  Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.  Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.  Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers. Provides leadership and support to the Snr Manager and in region support cross functionally.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales and/or Program Management in an aerospace or complex industry.
  • 4-6 years of supervisory experience
  • Managing customer programs with annual revenues in excess of $100 million.
  • Proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications.
