In this critical role, you will design and evolve automation workflows, adapt existing processes, and guide a small DevOps team in delivering high-quality solutions. You will foster a culture of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated operations in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to implement automated solutions for both existing and new architectures, ensuring scalability, observability, and security across public and private cloud platforms.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Overall Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with lead architects and DevOps peers to implement scalable, efficient, and secure cloud and private cloud solutions.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation strategies.</li> <li>Lead the migration of legacy workflows to modern orchestration and automation frameworks as defined by architectural teams.</li> <li>Build and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> (GitLab CI, Jenkins) for seamless deployment, validation, and management.</li> <li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using <strong>Terraform</strong> and <strong>Ansible</strong> to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.</li> <li>Develop reusable building blocks, templates, and modules for domain applications.</li> <li>Partner with security teams to ensure solutions comply with industry best practices and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Troubleshoot complex system issues across applications, platforms, and networks.</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging trends in cloud computing, DevOps, and software development methodologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Skills &amp; Expertise</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Proven ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure, including <strong>AWS</strong> and private cloud solutions.</li> <li>Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and transformation patterns.</li> <li>Deep expertise in container and orchestration technologies, including <strong>Kubernetes</strong> and <strong>Docker</strong>.</li> <li>Strong experience with <strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong> and automation using <strong>Terraform</strong> and <strong>Ansible</strong>.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>GitOps principles and tooling</strong> (ArgoCD, Flux).</li> <li>Extensive experience with <strong>CI/CD tools</strong> such as GitLab CI and Jenkins.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Platform Engineering principles</strong> and <strong>Cycloid</strong> tooling.</li> <li>Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.</li> <li>Familiarity with observability tools and principles, including <strong>Dynatrace</strong>.</li> <li>Solid understanding of network and security fundamentals.</li> <li>Experience with integration platforms, including <strong>API Management</strong> and messaging solutions.</li> <li>Proficiency in working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Cycloid</strong>, <strong>Terraform</strong>, <strong>Ansible</strong>, monitoring, GitOps, REST APIs, and CI/CD principles and practices.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in <strong>Cloud/DevOps Engineer</strong> roles with proven achievements in implementing cloud solutions.</li> <li>Stron
