About the role

Reporting to the Head of TA Region, your expertise will be key in sculpting our workforce, enriching lives, and delivering on Reckitt's promise of a healthier, happier world.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment including; sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing top-quality candidates for hourly positions
• Responsible for all the preboarding tasks
• Identify candidates by utilizing multiple direct sourcing strategies including: Indeed, job boards, social media, networking and cold calling
• Identify appropriate sourcing strategies and leverage volume for greatest efficiency
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and the Human Resources team to guide and drive the recruitment process
• Provide excellent candidate care and customer service to internal clients

The experience we're looking for

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments
• Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• This role is not currently sponsoring Visa’s or considering international movement
