Sr. Manager, Salesforce Engineering - Miami FL, On-site position (Full Time)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will design, develop, and manage Salesforce application enhancements, and provide technical guidance to the team. You will manage stakeholders, timelines, and project execution.  In this role, you will help the team with a Salesforce application roadmap and large/complex implementation programs engaging multiple development teams beyond Salesforce.

An experienced Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering who will report to the Director of Engineering.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide, mentor, and direct people, as well as a manager for a group of senior engineers, responsible for their professional growth and development
• Own the team’s product roadmap, and manage long-term delivery priorities
• A technical leader who provides the team’s technical direction, ensuring is set up for long-term success
• Experience leading large-scale programs with huge customer adoption
• Experience leading a highly experienced and self-managed team
• Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment
• Experience using telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence
• Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and technical feedback

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 10 years of software development experience
• At least 7 years of customization experience in Salesforce eco-system
• At least 5 years of people management experience
• Minimum 5 end-to-end sales cloud project implementation expertise.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or any related Engineering field. 

Preferred Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce CPQ
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud 
• Salesforce Certified Administrator

Additional Certifications (considered):

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Java Script Developer I
• Salesforce Experience Cloud
