We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Houston. This role involves supporting senior account managers, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with onboarding and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and building long-term relationships

• Support the onboarding process for new clients

• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare reports and client updates for senior account managers

• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

• Track client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
