Job Description
The Fresh HR team supports the organization to achieve its goals by putting our people first. As an HRBP to our North America Market & Global Markets, you will play a critical role supporting our teams and the organization.
As an HR Business Partner to our North America Corporate, Field and Retail teams, you will be a key influencer in people, organization, and business development. We grow our business and our clients through our teams while supporting a culture of entrepreneurialism and ownership.
This role serves as the HR partner to the North America Market that is growing and elevating its presence across the US, Canada and Mexico. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager, the Department Heads and their teams.
As an HRBP, you are hands-on and will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, fostering and maintaining employee relationships through coaching and advising, spearheading organizational effectiveness efforts, as well as building consistency and compliance into daily HR related processes.
This role will also support all markets at Fresh global. Serve as the HRBP connector to our global markets, China, APAC, Hong Kong, Travel Retail, Korea, Southeast Asia, UK and Continental Europe. The HRBP will be the liaison to & influence the local shared service HR Business Partner Community to ensure that the Fresh people strategy is implemented, that our talent is cared for, developed & engaged, and Fresh culture is consistent globally.

As an integral member of our team, you will help in the continuing evolution of the HR team, introducing new ideas, benefits, and ways of working and continue to build expertise among each HR Center of Expertise (COE). We are looking for someone who can help to build out processes, roles & responsibilities to support our growth resulting in agile, empowered teams.
An experienced Generalist and Business Partner who understands how to navigate the complexity of a dynamic and growing business in an environment with rapidly evolving teams, is critical for our long-term success. Our team shapes change with a focus on effective communication, retention and development.
What you will learn (and/or achieve) in the first 6 months:
- Have a good understanding of how our business operates & key roles and key operations within the organizational structure
- Identify key aspects of the organization’s culture—and understand the employee experience
- Assess & understand the organizational heath of the NA Market. Identify talent opportunities and succession within the market
- Build relationships with the GMs and the HR BPC
What you will achieve in 12 months:
- Execute Global Recognition program
- Identify talent within global markets; work with Talent Development to retain, develop and growth through experience, exposure & education
- Develop and execute on talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development plans
- Support and provide recommendations to enhance the Onboarding and Employee Engagement strategy
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization, preferred.
- Insatiable curiosity for the business. Obsession to understand business priorities and how we in HR support these priorities through our talent.
