What you can expect

 

A HR placement with SAP will give you the opportunity to gain real world HR experience in a fast passed and dynamic team. In this role you will become an integral part of our UK HR department with the opportunity to get involved and support a wide variety of HR related projects and tasks.

 

Talent Attraction

 

As a Talent Attraction Associate, you will be part of the SAP Early Career Talent Attraction Team, our mission is to identify, attract, select, hire, and onboard excellent talent in support of SAP’s strategic goals. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in our UK Placement Programme and support one of our key strategic initiatives the SAP Academies.

 

 

Human Resources

 

As a Human Resource Associate, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and assist in the reviewing, amending and implementing of HR policies and procedures. You will gain proficient skills in HR systems and reporting skills and get exposure to business areas across multiple functions in SAP.

Who you are

 

- Passionate about HR

- Strong proficiency in MS Office

- Focused, organised and able to manage different initiatives simultaneously

- Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions

- Excellent communication skills

- Student in penultimate year of university

- Studying a degree from any discipline

- Available to start the 13-month placement in July 2024

- £23,000 p/annum
