As a Senior Communications Specialist within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Other PNC locations within the PNC Asset Management Group footprint will also be considered.

The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

In this position, you will:

* Serve as an event host and moderator for internal and external meetings, including webinars and teleconferences, such as All Hands Call, morning calls, etc.
* Coordinate event scheduling and planning details, including speaker availability, exhibit needs, and presentation materials (when applicable), and communicate updates with internal and external business partners.
* Initiate event planning outreach with business partners to verify participation and to launch planning timeline.
* Maintain online events calendar and share/manage updates or conflicts with partners.
* Assist in the management of the various team mailboxes, triaging and dispositioning emails received.
* Assist in the management of collateral particularly around managing expirations and required reviews.
* Assist in collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval.

Preferred Skills:

* Microsoft Office Suite expertise
* Experience using SharePoint
* Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Investment industry experience preferred

Job Description

  • Designs, develops, produces and consults on a variety of internal and external communications.
  • Plans, researches, and develops of content for increasingly complex communications initiatives.
  • Identifies issues and opportunities, consults with organization on all aspects of communication, and engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.
  • Coordinates final review and approval before internal or external communications are released.
  • Participates on project teams, influences outcomes, and evaluates success as appropriate.
  • Compiles, prepares, and synthesizes communications data for management review.
