Adventist Home Assistance seeks to hire an experienced Client Service Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As an Client Service Coordinator you will:
• Demonstrates good customer service skills in all interactions with clients, caregivers, office staff and management.
• Communicates effectively with clients and caregivers and other staff to insure appropriate and satisfactory transmission of information.
• Develops new business and sell cases.
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and manage financial aspects of case coordination.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to turn telephone and visit inquiries into sold case so that budgeted hours can be met that will generate revenue to support growing organization.
• Coordinates Client Services to appropriately maintain cases and promote customer (Client and Caregiver) satisfaction.
Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4 years office experience preferably in health related area
• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet) proficiency and experience required
• Able to creatively and effectively solve problems in a timely manner and with other team members
• Ability to get along well with individuals of various cultural and diverse backgrounds
• Ambitious attitude and determined dedication toward achieving personal and company goals
• Complete assignments accurately and timely
• Flexible as needed
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Well developed sales ability
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm, On call 1-2 times per month. with occasional weekend coverage
Pay Range:
$20.03 - $28.03In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.
