Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales enablement team focused on PBM and healthcare markets.
- Develop and implement highly effective presentations that address complex sales cycles, clinical objections, and evolving healthcare regulations.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to provide feedback on products and programs.
- Coordinate the rollout of new product training and ensure consistent knowledge across the field.
- Track and coordinate presentation support across all lines of business.
- Implement enablement tools and learning management systems to support just-in-time learning.
- Use data and field feedback to measure program effectiveness and continuously refine enablement strategies.
- Champion the use of CRM and other sales tech to improve rep efficiency and pipeline visibility.
- Support sales directors in finalist stage of opportunities, managing development of sales, client, and consultant presentations, including creation of baseline deck from slide library, fine-tuning new messaging, and creating custom slides, as needed.
- Understand the challenges, goals, and needs of Sales, Strategic Relations, and Client teams to create compelling presentations and design custom content for specific use cases and customer types for maximum impact.
- Interface between market-facing teams and Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities and help create compelling, segment-specific messaging, slides, and other sales collateral.
- Work closely with Marketing to create relevant content for lead generation and with product management to stay updated on product roadmaps and upcoming releases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate all meetings with presentation teams and sales directors, including kick off calls, deck assembly, dry runs, and any associated print requirements with production coordinator.
- Leverage tools to effectively streamline the sales processes, automate repetitive tasks, and empower the sales team to work more efficiently.
- At regular intervals, collect feedback from the sales and client teams to understand their changing requirements and challenges and use feedback to iterate and refine sales enablement programs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Manages assigned staff in the segment area. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Supports and enforces all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, taking corrective action whenever necessary.
