ABOUT THIS POSITION
Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (2-3 days in office)
The Regional Support Counsel, Americas, will have an important role in administering the legal aspects of negotiating commercial contracts and then implementing such agreements for energy storage systems. This role will interface with internal sales and operations teams, our customers, and our supply chain. The role will be reporting to the Americas Legal Department for substantive purposes and will be embedded within the Americas operations team. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant contribution to increasing the profitability of the operations of our valuable Americas region.Responsible:

· This role will engage with our Americas Sales and Operations teams in with commercial contracting, the interpretation and enforcement of a portfolio of operation and maintenance
contracts, management of related procurement and supply chain contracts, efficiently resolving disputes, and ultimately delivering our service offerings to our customers in compliance with contractual requirements.
· This role will support the Operations team in honoring warranty obligations to our customers and enforcing warranty claims against Fluence’s suppliers and vendors.
· In other words, you will be an in-house lawyer often with a customer-facing role, and all of us are responsible for great customer service.
