Head of CRM, Knowledge Management & Crew Desktop Experience Platforms - Personal Investor Technology

IN THIS HIGH-VISIBILITY ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Set the vision and ensure that organizational structure, operating model, and processes are well defined to achieve business objectives and set us up for long-term success.
• Acquire, Develop, Retain and Lead a world-class Engineering team; refine and adjust the team structure / operating model to align with a dynamic business environment.
• Ensure that technology solutions align with Enterprise Technology Strategy and meet the critical tenets such as availability, resiliency, observability & security requirements.
• Lead software development teams leveraging Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate effectively with the cross-functional IT and business teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Cultivate a culture of relentless innovation, diversity of thought, teamwork, and excellence within the organization

WHAT IT TAKES (QUALIFICATIONS)

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on applications development delivering differentiating client experiences
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Senior Technology leadership role leading distributed teams and enterprise technology transformations
• Strong understanding/domain expertise in developing cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and knowledge of GCP, Microsoft Azure, and/or other cloud vendor solutions
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) , Power platforms, developing conversational capabilities leveraging AI/ML and Architecting Data Solutions @ SCALE are preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, GPT, AutoGPT, LLMs, and ML-driven search technologies.
• Ability to strategize, build, and articulate a vision for technology strategy based on an understanding of market drivers, trends, competitive positions, and opportunities
• Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.
• Experience in software tools and automation of development pipeline activities
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a tight deadline
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with developers, architects, product owners, and business and technical operations groups.
• Ability to influence senior executive stakeholders to take action / facilitate buy-in of recommendations
• Leading by example, driven, excellent execution and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent (required)
• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
