Duration: 8+ Months (Extendable to 24 Months)

Experience: 10+ years

Required Skills:

Software Product Development & UX/UI Design: 10+ years Wireframes & Mockups (Figma or similar): 10+ years User Research & Usability Testing: 10+ years Strong Writing & Communication Skills: 8+ years Leading Large-Scale UX/UI Efforts: 7+ years Federal Accessibility Guidelines Compliance: 6+ years

Preferred Skills:

Jira Experience: 5+ years

Experience with TEA or Other Education Agencies: 2+ years
