2 positions available:

HANG/GRADE Reworker

This position is responsible for cutting the one leg birds removed by the Chiller Rehanger into parts.The Reworker hangs the one leg birds on a hook at their workstation and cuts the birds into front halves, thighs, drums and/or leg quarters. The parts are placed into tubs and/or vats. They assist with giving breaks to the hangers/graders as needed.

HANG/GRADE Utility

This position is responsible for boxing and weighing Product to be packaged for bulk orders and assist with maintaining the flow of other bulk packed products in the area, transporting Product to other areas.

Both positions MUST:

·       Must be able to work in damp/cool conditions.

·       Must be able to lift 40 plus pounds repeatedly.

·       Gloves and waterproof boots.

·       Sharpening Steel

·       Hand Jack

·       Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair bonnet and beard guard.

·       Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from their work area.

·       Must be able to lift and stack tubs which can weigh up to 40 pounds or more.

·       Must be able to stand the duration of shift approximately an average of 8 hours.

·       Bending, twisting, and turning body from side to side to see and keep up with product.

Must have good hand/eye coordination to safely conduct job
