Email Marketing Specialists are vital to the success of our clients’ email and digital marketing programs. They are the experts who:

• Design and manage all outbound marketing strategies
• Train and support those same clients on the marketing technology that's required to make their digital marketing successful
• Analyze the results of their digital marketing campaigns and provide prospecting data, insights, and recommendations

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Build automated email campaign programs in Act-On and Hubspot
• Create email schedules in Asana
• Manage email list tactics in Hubspot and or Act-On primarily
• Support and work with existing email marketing strategists

During your first week, there will be an onboarding programme to familiarise you with the work, but a baseline familiarity with email marketing is required. Your first weeks will consist of onboarding & training as well as building a few email programmes.

Requirements

Candidates need to have worked in B2B marketing and are required to have previous agency (internal or external) or relevant marketing department experience.

As our successful candidate, you need to have:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B verticals
• Previous agency experience
• Experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, ActOn, etc.)
• A basic understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
• Understanding of email marketing platforms, HTML, automated program workflows and creation of workflows, email templates, list management and segmentation and deployment

• able to learn new technologies quickly, often independently, then pass that knowledge on to others

• eager to work in a team environment, both with internal teams and with clients
• organised and mindful of the deadlines

• Monthly salary of $1800 - $2200*
• Very flexible working schedule: we work 8 am to 5 pm CDT, but you can have minimal overlap depending on location
