Marketing Professional, Interventional Pulmonology (Full-Time · Remote/Hybrid · U.S.) 

About the Role 

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Professional with a deep background in interventional pulmonology, clinical adoption strategies, marketing expertise and market development to support our interventional pulmonology portfolio. This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and drive programs that elevate clinical value, accelerate adoption, and support long-term commercial success. 

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience collaborating with interventional pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, oncology partners, and cross-functional commercial teams, paired with a proven ability to transform clinical insights into actionable, scalable marketing strategies. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Marketing & Market Development 

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies specific to interventional pulmonology technologies, with a focus on clinical adoption and market expansion. 

  • Translate clinical data, evidence, and competitive intelligence into compelling messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing programs. 

  • Support the creation of regional and national marketing plans that align with commercial objectives. 

KOL & Clinical Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Build and nurture relationships with KOLs in interventional pulmonology and thoracic oncology to enable peer-to-peer education, platform validation, and program development. 

  • Partner with clinical stakeholders to understand evolving practice patterns, procedure pathways, and unmet needs. 

Program & Event Leadership 

  • Develop and manage high-impact educational programs, including webinars, panel discussions, peer exchanges, video content creation and clinical workshops. 

  • Lead strategic event planning for society meetings, customer roundtables, and specialized IP-focused engagements with and without headquarter attendance. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with sales, sales operations, partnership management and applications/demonstration teams as well as clinical and product marketing at headquarters to ensure unified messaging, adoption strategies, and customer experience. 

  • Support VOC initiatives related to new feature development, claims, and positioning for advanced imaging and next-generation bronchoscopic technologies.
