Our team collaborates on high-impact projects across the company — from driving quality and operational efficiency to market analysis and rider satisfaction scores — we help to safely and efficiently scale the Waymo Driver. We are data-driven, curious, open-minded, and adapt quickly to new information.</p> <p>In this hybrid role, you will report to the Product Data Science Lead, Supply Operations.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define, build, and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure operational safety and quality across our Operations Center</li> <li>Architect and scale data infrastructure to support automated reporting for Road Rule Events, improving operational transparency and safety insights</li> <li>Quantify our operational capacity to handle events, providing actionable data to scale team performance and optimize response protocols</li> <li>Analyze agent response precision to identify performance patterns, optimize workflows, and provide input for AI model training</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to translate business challenges into robust data pipelines and reporting solutions that drive operational resilience</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), with a proven track record of architecting and scaling projects&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent communication and Stakeholder &amp; Management skills: You can communicate clearly complex topic in an easy to understand way to stakeholders at all levels of the company</li> <li>Extensive experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines</li> <li>Action Oriented Analytical mindset - you not only build the report, you look at your data and make actionable recommendations from it&nbsp;</li> <
