About the Role

Goodwill is looking for a reliable and friendly Box Truck Driver to help pick up and deliver donations. You’ll drive a box truck to homes, stores, and warehouses, helping support our mission to strengthen communities through the power of work.


What You’ll Do

Drive a box truck to pick up donations from homes and Goodwill locations.

Deliver items from stores to the warehouse.

Load and unload donations at various sites.

Help at donation drive events when needed.

Provide great customer service to donors.

Follow all driving and safety rules.

Use a tablet or computer for delivery information.

Assist in the warehouse and perform other tasks as needed.


What We’re Looking For

Age: Must be 21 or older.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: At least 1 year of box truck driving experience.


License: Class B CDL preferred but not required. -No more than 4 points on your license.

Skills:

Safe driving and good judgment

Clear communication

Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly

Comfortable working in all weather conditions

Able to work independently and stay organized


Work Environment

Exposure to traffic, weather, and loud noise.

May work near moving parts and mechanical equipment.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift throughout the day.
