Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong QuickBooks Pro expertise to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting activities, manage financial reporting, and support business decision-making through analysis and forecasting. This role requires both hands-on accounting skills and leadership capabilities.
This is a fully onsite position in OrlandoSalary: $95-115k/yr

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
• Oversee and maintain company financial records using QuickBooks Pro with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile accounts, manage cash flow, and monitor financial transactions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
• 5+ years experience in a managerial or senior level position
• QuickBooks Pro experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required
