Essential functions

• Obtains, compiles, and records patient medical data, health history, progress notes, and results of the examination
• Instructs and counsels patients about the prescribed therapeutic regimens

Physical demands

• Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs.
• Frequently on your feet standing and walking

Travel required

• Noblesville (very occasionally)

Preferred education and experience

• Valid NP/PA provider license with state of Indiana 
• NextGen experience helpful but not required 
• Spine care experience a plus but not required

Other duties

APP will work with 2 physicians in clinic setting only - one PM&R and one interventional pain.  APP will see post ops, follow ups, in office injections, etc. 
Experience with spine conditions and treatment a plus but not required.
