Our Loan Coordinators play a vital role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership. They're the operational glue that holds the mortgage process together – keeping files clean, timelines tight, and clients confident every step of the way.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least 1-year experience working in mortgage operations – including managing a borrower pipeline, processing loan files, and regularly communicating updates to customers, internal teams, or third-party partners.

Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation will be based on experience and typically falls between $65,000 and $75,000 annually (includes hourly starting pay of $25 and performance incentive bonuses), with top performers exceeding $80,000. What You’ll Do

  • Guide borrowers through the documentation process by providing clear communication, frequent updates, and high-level service via phone, email, and text.
  • Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and loan requirements.
  • Identify additional documentation needs, verify conditions, assess appropriate fees, and maintain file accuracy throughout the approval process.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, Closers, and third-party vendors to ensure each loan moves efficiently and meets all quality standards.
  • Accurately issue compliance disclosures within required timelines.
  • Embrace new processes, shifting priorities, and opportunities to improve the customer and employee experience.
  • Hours for this role are fairly standard and you can expect to work Monday through Friday between 8a – 5p, most days. 

Are You the One?

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a team-first mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 1-year experience in a mortgage operations role (processing, disclosures, or similar) and have managed a borrower-facing pipeline where you communicate with customers on a daily basis.
  • Preferably have experience working with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, and USDA).
  • Are highly detail-oriented and enjoy creating order from complexity.
  • Communicate clearly and comfortably with both clients and internal teams.
  • Prefer a task-driven, consistent workflow and aren’t phased by repetition.
  • Adapt quickly when priorities shift and can stay focused under pressure.
  • Manage your time independently and stay productive in a remote setting.
