PAYG & Clear Mobile Product Owner/Head of Proposition (FTC)

Role Purpose:

The PAYG & Clear Mobile Product Owner is responsible for the planning & developing of propositions, pricing and tactical offers that drive sustainable & profitable growth and deliver the strategic objectives for PAYG & Clear Mobile. The main responsibilities include understanding customer insights to identify proposition and revenue opportunities and managing the delivery of mobile propositions roadmap through the proposition/product owner team. The role requires a deep understanding of the mobile market, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences.    

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Working with the Senior PO to develop the strategies for PAYG & Clear Mobile to win in the market. Identifying growth opportunities and outlining steps to achieve LT ambitions.  
Implementation of product vision and strategy for the Prepay function, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Building and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for prepay product and propositions prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Working closely with the MVS PO’s to ensure clear requirements and that prepay projects get prioritised and delivered  

Using customer insights to develop a proposition backlog, prioritise asks and deliver market leading propositions through PAYG & Clear Mobile prop/product team and Value stream.  

Ensuring propositions are best in class from a commercial and customer experience perspective.

Assessing the performance of propositions once they go live, vs business case and proactively report on performance and make recommendations on how to drive growth.

Working with Commercial Manager to monitor trading performance and identify activities required to deliver DB ambitions that are aligned with strategic objectives

Commercial acumen: Ability to track performance, input into business cases with commercial specialist & map out long-term strategy to hit revenue and growth ambitions. 

 

Customer centric:Be customer obsessed using data and analytics, listening to customers and channels to build meaningful propositions to deliver on customer needs

 

People management:be able to deliver through others by giving clear objectives and ownership. Prioritise and delegate workloads to build high performing teams

 

Stakeholder management:   Ability to influence all levels of stakeholders- direct reports, peers and senior management. Using strong story telling skills to build narrative around plans and align everyone to the same goal.
