About the Role:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the team, serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional leadership on card network-related matters, oversee daily workflows, manage special initiatives and projects, and represent Network Operations in broader company programs and initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage the workflow and ticketing processes related to Network Operations.
- Lead and support team members within the Network Operations group.
- Represent Network Operations in enterprise-wide initiatives where card network involvement is required.
- Serve as a liaison and escalation point for card network-related issues across operational leadership.
- Report on Network Operations activities as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain relationships with card network partners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent in Business Administration, management, or a related field.
- Card network related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
