About the Team

The goal of TikTok Search team is to offer our users the best user experience and increase user awareness of TikTok search. We are looking for talented Product Managers to focus on global markets. You will work with global functional teams to explore and expand the boundaries of TikTok search.



Responsibilities - What You'II Do

1. Responsible for the growth direction of TikTok Search and improving the volume of search users;

2. Deeply understand the needs of users' video consumption and search, inventing new features for products, and design reasonable strategies and procedures for each situation;

3. Combining user research, data analysis, business status, and other techniques to discover new opportunities for the product's growth;

4. Work together with international teams, manage both internal and external resources, and actively coordinate with operations, algorithms, and other relevant departments to efficiently promote and guarantee excellent project execution.
