Team Supervisor

We are seeking a Team Supervisor to join our team supporting a leading technology client. We partner closely with their corporate social responsibility arm to drive strategic philanthropy and employee engagement, distributing over $140M annually to high-impact nonprofits and empowering employees to make a meaningful difference. Our team collaborates cross-functionally to deliver initiatives that strengthen brand reputation and social impact. We manage the operational processes that enable cash grants, skills-based volunteering, and in-kind donations, playing a critical role in advancing the client’s mission to create positive change at scale.
Responsibilities include:
Managerial responsibility for Operations.
Work distribution
Client interaction
Reporting on SLA performance
Training process improvement
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 year of experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social impact and nonprofits
Project Management Six Sigma or Lean certification
Training experience
Experience in a BPO environment
Experience in a Contact Center environment
Professional Skills Requirements
Conflict management skills
Able to adapt quickly to workflow changes
High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally
Maintain professional and personable demeanor at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented approach to problem solving
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
