The role of the Senior Business Consultant within the IAS Relationship Management Summit Team is to coordinate, streamline and execute key activities, projects and deliverables across the IAS Summit Relationship Management Team.
Roles & Resposibilities:
The Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for the standardization, execution and operational discipline across key aspects of RM activities:
- Coordinate and manage growth strategies to drive organic growth and advisor retention.
- Manage key SM projects across numerous LPL departments and stakeholders
- Research client escalations and source solutions to practical client challenges that may or may not have existing internal solutions
- Drive operational execution of client-facing materials, including meeting agendas, scope and accountability documentation (e.g. meeting takeaways, next steps, closed-loop requirements)
- Execute community and peer-to-peer client events, coordinating with LPL stakeholders and third-party sponsors
- Manage coordination, application and execution for leading advisor industry rankings (e.g. Barrons, Forbes/SHOOK)
- Coordinate meeting, dossier and client materials the MC
- Manage the coordination, aggregation and distribution of client newsletters
- Lead internal reporting and data hygiene standards for SM team
- Conduct client surveys and competitive research
This role is 70% internal-facing and 30% advisor-facing, catering to LPL’s largest and most sophisticated independent advisors. The Senior Business Consultant will be critical in supporting the SM team in researching and solving practical problems faced by our clients. This position is a development opportunity for an individual that is seeking to transition into a full-time independent advisor RM role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in a sales or progressive client service/relationship management role
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per year
