Job Description:

Are you passionate about prevention, intervention, treatment, recovery, and support services for Oregonian’s with mental health and substance use Disorders? Are you an experience project manager and want to lend your support to the Measure 110 program?

Oregon Health Authority’s Behavioral Health Division is seeking an experienced project manager for the Measure 110 program team to facilitate systems level organizational effectiveness, program management, risk assessment, program evaluation, and participatory models of quality improvement in service to promoting evolution of and engagement with Behavioral Health Resource Networks (BHRNs), Oregon’s new statewide substance use recovery system.

In this position, you will devote  approximately 50% of you time to Project Management which will include: Autonomous Project Leadership, Collaboration with Partners Resource Management, Risk & Change Management, Budget and Performance Monitoring, Operational & Research Projects, Contract Management & Evaluation, Interdisciplinary Team Leadership, and Continuous Monitoring & Adaptation.
