Position Summary:
We’re looking for a results-driven client advocate to actively engage customers’ and their needs to ensure an optimal level of customer service. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer satisfaction, customer retention, customer acquisition and increase revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Marketing new and re-marketing of renewal accounts.
- Coordinate all aspects of the renewal marketing process with client, prospect, service team and producer.
- Provide program structure review and analysis.
- Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing and finalize policy conditions.
- Prepare account proposals for presentation.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs.
- Prepare summaries to be presented with policies. Policies to be checked and presented in a timely manner.
- Provide technical competence in the areas of coverage and current market conditions.
- Explain and clarify coverage forms to prospects/clients.
- Expand existing accounts by developing new coverage and designing innovative program structures.
- Meet with clients along with producers/service team leaders to present renewal proposals.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Account management assistance when required.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers, wholesale and carrier market.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Thorough documentation is required on each account with proper E&O procedures strictly followed.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8 years plus of insurance experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent, proven analytical, negotiating, marketing and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- P&C Insurance license required.
- Insurance designations are desirable.
- High competence with Applied EPIC, Indio and CSR24.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred but not required
