Sr. Mentor - Collection/Reporting

Tensley Consulting is seeking qualified candidates that are looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work shift work. This work can provide a long and stable opportunity supporting our customer. 

• Required Experience:
• TS/SCI FS Poly (CI Poly is acceptable but must be able to pass a Full Scope Polygraph).
•  5 years of operation experience related to real­- time multi-aperture Collection Operations and time-sensitive reporting, product reporting, and Preliminary Mission Summary (PREMS), with DoD Client, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, or another government intelligence agency (as a government employee or as a contractor). Knowledgeable to instruct others in time-sensitive reporting.

• Operational experience with the following is required: 
• KLEIGHLIGHT, T-GRAM, E-GRAM, multi-media reporting using DoD Client databases and using the standard SIGINT Writing style.
• Time Difference Of Arrival /Frequency Difference Of Arrival Geolocation Operations.
• Multi-aperture Angle of Arrival Geolocation Operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Real-time RF collection operations (ground, airborne, Space).


• Highly Desired Experience: 
• DoD Client or SCE or industry equivalent instructor certification or demonstrated experience
• DoD Client Passive Geolocation Certification
• SCE Airborne Collection Operator Certification
