Company Description

As the On Premise Sales Analytics Graduate, you will conduct analyses and provide recommendations to support our Business Units (BUs) and Regions within the On Premise. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, On Premise Analytics, you will provide our partners with total business analysis for their territories and insights geared towards driving sales growth. You will be an important link between the Santa Monica On Premise Team and the Field Teams to build business reviews, provide applicable insights, and support the teams to achieve our key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Description

TRACK AND REPORT

Partner with the On Premise Analytics and Data Science teams to report our performance on a weekly/monthly schedule

Analyze existing reports and propose adjustments to better serve the Business Units and Regions

Create templates and executive summaries to track KPIs throughout the year for our Field Sales teams

Support the On Premise Sales team in planning, tracking, and executing of sales incentives

Help develop a plan to give guidance on venturing into new (and existing) segments of the On Premise channel (Bar/Pubs, Restaurants, At Work)

Support the Limited Service Restaurants (i.e. fast food restaurants) Key Accounts team on data clean up and reporting

Learn how to use SAP Business Intelligence to segment, view and comprehend volume and distribution data

Analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources

FIELD SUPPORT

Support in the creation of resources for new field team members to support them through the onboarding process

Ensure following of guidelines, best practices, and reports to keep field teams informed and engaged

Help create a managerial tool to assess account performance vs. partnership agreements & stock-keeping unit (SKU) compliance

Support the learning and development of our field teams with KPI tracking and managing online learning strategies

Help communicate insights from data sets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (completed by June 24, 2024)

Excellence in academic pursuits

A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements

Interest in sales, data analytics, math, engineering, or another related field

Relevant work or internship experience is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets))

Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus

Additional Information

The salary for this position is $67,000
