We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project/Custodian Porter to maintain a clean and safe environment in our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and hygienic.

What you will do as a Project Porter:                     

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Restock supplies as needed, such as paper towels and soap.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Operate machinery to help clean resort
• Understand and utilize various cleaning chemicals

 

To be successful as a Project Porter, you'll need:

1. • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
   • Must be able to communicate with team members effectively.
   • Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred.
   • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
   • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
   • Minimal knowledge of cleaning machinery and how to use them
   • Minimal knowledge of cleaning chemicals and how to use them
