Job Description:

Area Maintenance Lead - Fremont, NE, Onsite

We’re looking for an Area Maintenance Lead for Extrusion who will be responsible for maintain equipment and carried out to prevent problems arising, to put faults right, and to ensure equipment is working effectively.   

What are we looking for?  

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree AND/OR
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position   
• Advanced problem solving and project management skills.  
• Confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)), production planning systems. 

Preferred

•  Proven maintenance experience in food manufacturing

What will be your key responsibilities?  

• Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies. 
• Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems. 
• Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.
