Member Service Representative - Reston, VALocation:Reston, VA (On-site position with hybrid work arrangement available after 6 months)Salary:$20/hr plus bonuses and quarterly incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for members in person, via phone, or through digital channels, providing exceptional service that enhances member satisfaction and loyalty.Assist members with account inquiries, financial transactions, problem resolution, and financial product/service recommendations.Understand and promote the credit union's products and services, identifying opportunities to help members achieve their financial goals.Perform routine account maintenance and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.Contribute to a team environment that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:1-2+ years of experience in banking, credit union, or a related financial services role.Strong understanding of financial products and services typically offered by banks and credit unions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with members and colleagues.Proficiency in using banking software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in financial services or related fields preferred.Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service and have a passion for helping others.Benefits:
