Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare reports to monitor and quality check (QC) the mailhouse subcontractor on an ongoing basis.- Work closely with the mailhouse subcontractor to ensure that program materials inventory are sufficient to meet demand and prepare utilization reports to track usage of material by customer categories.- Verify daily and weekly transmittal to ensure that all program letters, materials, and packet files were received and processed by the mailhouse for mailing to clients within specified time frames.- Analyze and summarize mailing data to produce mail reports to include trends of letters, program materials and enrollment packets mailed to project spikes in workload for call center.- Prepare month-end forecast to actual analysis of printing and postage cost; prepare yearly printing and postage budget; and develop, monitor and maintain quarterly printing and postage forecast and schedule.- Assist with program letter validation and production.- Assist in the development of new materials to meet program goals on an as-needed basis.- Process orders on a continuous basis for program materials for GA Families project.- Assist with implementation of special mail projects.Minimum Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.- Work on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.- Acquire job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.- Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.- Communicate routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
