We are looking for a dynamic and driven LEAN MANAGER to join our team!

In this key role, you will be responsible for monitoring internal production standards and leading Kaizen activities to optimize the internal flows at our site.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Develop Lean competencies across the site in areas such as:

  • 5S & product respect

  • Reduction of equipment losses

  • Direct labor efficiency

  • Scrap and WIP (Work In Progress) reduction

  • Lean industrialization

  • Value Stream Analysis (VSA)​

• Propose and implement the Lean strategy of the site in close collaboration with the Plant Manager

• Ensure Lean principles and rules are applied in all new projects, with a focus on each validation phase

• Manage production roadmaps and drive performance improvements

• Oversee GENBA activities and deliver impactful results:

  • Deploy Lean standards and best practices throughout the site

  • Detect deviations from Valeo Lean standards

  • React promptly to identify root causes and restore standards

• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, including TOP improvement plans

ABOUT YOU:

• Technical education background

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain with Lean training

• Advanced knowledge of Production Systems tools (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPM, SMED)

• Proficient in Czech and English (both spoken and written)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented personality
