The Remarketing Fleet Coordinator is critical for maximising financial returns through the remarketing of all vehicles returned to the Interleasing remarketing providers, along with the management of all revenue channels within the area. The role is responsible for building and managing relationships with all remarketing partners, customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of vehicles moving from one location to another.
  • Manage terminations of vehicles, end of lease reporting.
  • Manage internal processes and reporting for vehicle sales.
  • Maintain data bases with current processes for each vehicle including monthly stock reporting, minimise repair costs and vehicle expenditure.
  • Work within the Interleasing team to provide best practice for optimal client customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Fleet Management & Leasing, Auction’s or the Motor Vehicle Industry would be Advantageous.
  • In depth knowledge of, exposure to, and affinity with the motor industry with experience in negotiating and establishing relationships / networks with business partners.
  • Strong time management skills, excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and networks with all stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with strong focus on maintaining correct registers in data bases.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
