At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Digital Targeting Support Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:
This position requires the candidate to work with stakeholders, field elements and responsible area customers to identify tailored/blended opportunities. Daily, the candidate will be conducting discovery and analysis of Open source data and social media to identify follow-on targeting and operational opportunities. The candidate will need to be a hands-on self-starter who can work independently and have strong verbal and written communications skills. The candidate must be creative, detail oriented, and possess strong case management and cyber security skills. The successful candidate will need to work across mission partners to plan, coordinate, deploy and maintain targeting and cyber activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team in support of blended operations
- Provide support for OCONUS operations
- Brief customer management and team members on technical findings
- Display a mastery of the key suite of customer targeting tools and data repositories
- Respond to written correspondence from the customer field based officers
- Develop leads and opportunities utilizing traditional and cyber resources to include planning, identifying, coordinating and executing these activities.
- Provide full management of the activity from start to finish
- Engage and partner with all aspects of the customer organization
- Utilize sound cyber activity skills as outlined by the customer organization.
- Coordinate and document program/project related activities in customer notification system, spot reports and other communication' mechanisms as directed
Qualifications:
Self-starter with a strong work ethic to drive the mission and be able to thrive in a diverse team environment.
Possess at least 5 years of direct experience, supporting customer teams and projects.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Intelligence Community Cyber activities to include its processes, structures and operation.
Possess three (3) or more years of experience supporting the planning, coordination, deployment, and maintenance of Cyber activities.
Possess at least five (5) years of experience with customer cable writing and correspondence. Strong working knowledge of Social Media platforms
Familiar with executive headhunter methodologies to create job descriptions and utilize user data related to internet marketing.
Possess at least three (3) or more years of experience in targeting open/all source analysis and research. Familiarity with VPNs and anonymous internet processes
Familiarity with customer security/CI protocols and best practices
Possesses a strong knowledge of operations.
Salary Range - $135, 596.80 - $224, 764.80 and dedicated by approved customer contractual rates.
