As a Restorative & Wound Care Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients' recovery journeys through specialized wound management and restorative nursing programs. You'll work closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance quality of life.

Position Overview:

• Provide expert wound assessments and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on wound management plans
• Develop and lead individualized restorative nursing programs
• Monitor and document progress toward healing and mobility goals
• Train and support staff in restorative care techniques

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight to nursing staff
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on resident-centered care
• Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes and innovation
• Be a role model for professionalism, compassion, and accountability

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in Nebraska
• Wound care certification (WCC, WOCN) a plus, but not required
• Strong documentation and assessment skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• A team player with a passion for patient-centered care
