We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance person to join our team in the Maintenance department which serves all Western Montana Clinic locations

In this position you will:

• Meets daily with Manager to discuss special projects, problems and assigned work.
• Responsible for snow removal including shoveling snow from doorways, stairways, walkways and parking lots. Spreads sand or de icer as needed to prevent slipping.
• Performs routine and specific maintenance work as assigned.
• Completes work orders as assigned and demonstrates ability to prioritize work orders.
• Assembles, moves, installs, repairs and cleans furniture and fixtures, file cabinets, chairs, etc.
• Must be proficient at painting.
• Responds to emergency equipment problems.
• Assists other staff on repair, remodeling or installation projects.
• Regulates building heating and cooling thermostats.
• Assists with electrical repairs with supervision.
• Keeps manager informed of any unsafe items or conditions.
• Local travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
