In this role, you will work with a collaborative team of instructional designers, coaches, and researchers to transform research and coaching insights into engaging, story-driven content that helps people grow, lead, and thrive at work. The illustrations and video content on tmbc.com are an example of the body of work you will support in this role.
No two days are the same. You will do everything from creating design documents to developing compelling video content (from creating fully animated shorts to editing live action video), to creating illustrations, to polishing presentation designs. You will do this all to the highest standards with an eye on appealing to multi-generational, global talent and the modern learner.
To thrive in the role, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in illustration/graphic design/animation/video and an exceptional gift for storytelling. You have a diverse portfolio of work demonstrating ability to create visually compelling content in both still and moving images, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. You are equally capable of taking a core vision and executing an entire project yourself, and collaborating closely with other creatives/stakeholders to create exactly the right message. What you’ll do:
- Execute video projects from conception to final delivery
- Write and develop media scripts for educational/coaching and promotional content
- Create storyboards for video and animation projects
- Create original concepts, characters, and illustrations
- Produce traditional animation and motion graphics
- Edit and optimize video content for various platforms
- Take sourced raw footage to create powerful narratives and short video vignettes
- Perform, edit, and master voiceover recordings
- Design and create graphics for websites, tools, digital platforms, presentations, collateral, etc.
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines in partnership with the Director of Multimedia and alignment with StandOut and ADP brand strategy
- Create designed template assets for team-wide use, typically in Microsoft Office suite
- Illustrate complex strategies and concepts through visual storytelling in isolation or in working with the content team
- Enhance educational assets with engaging narrative experiences
- Innovation: You are curious and creative and seek opportunities to find new visuals and storytelling techniques to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- Flexibility and Agility:You adapt to changing business requirements, projects, and resources and use agile approaches to meeting business needs.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.
