Job Summary 

  • This role will support the daily and weekly administrative and data entry functions for the National Recruiting team to include the AVP, National Recruiting, National Recruiting Manager, and Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP). This includes assisting with general office tasks, maintaining various records and databases, reports, reviewing documents for completion and accuracy, handling basic inquiries, and  routing them to the correct departments and/or individuals.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide support with the Independent Agent (IA)/Agency Coordinator (AC) contracting process, working closely with the Licensing department, and reporting to Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) on candidate status.
  • Partner with Licensing to troubleshoot field inquiries, issues, etc.
  • Create weekly reporting for TAP team using the automated contracting system.
  • Monthly collection of job posting information from TAPs and send to Advertising partner for posting on job boards.
  • Pull licensed Agent data lists from Discovery Database for National Recruiting.
  • Periodically collecting information from Agency Directors / Agency Leaders based on National Recruiting needs.
  • Partner with TAPs to forward selected applicant information to field sales leader for review.
  • Assist TAPs with sending out TextUs messages and forwarding responses as needed.
  • Work with Finance to disseminate usage reports to field leaders on a monthly basis, from Independent Agent Referral program and field questions on data.
  • Provide support with the review of ExamFX reports and communications and distribute information to field leaders.
  • Monitoring National Recruiting email box and forward IA Opportunity applicants to TAP team.
  • Partner with Leadership TAPs to create/assemble materials and information related to Market Opportunity for each market.
